These terms cover your use of this website. Using the site means you accept them. If you go on to book training or a digital marketing engagement with us, that work is governed by the separate terms we agree with you in writing — not by this page.

What we do, and what we do not do

Trade & Connect provides training and consultancy in vehicle sourcing, purchasing and sales, and automotive digital marketing services.

TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY ONLY. WE DO NOT BUY OR SELL VEHICLES ON YOUR BEHALF.

We are not a dealer, a broker or an agent for any vehicle transaction. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy, sell, source or value a vehicle for you, and no part of our training should be read as us taking part in your trading decisions.

Information on this site

The content here is general information about our services. It is not financial, legal or business advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement or professional advice. We make no promise about the commercial results of any training or marketing work — outcomes depend on your business, your market and what you do next.

The metrics panel shown on the homepage is a demonstration interfacecontaining placeholder figures. It is not real client data and it is not a record of results achieved for anyone.

We keep the site accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that it will always be available.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract and does not reserve a place on any course. It is an invitation for us to get in touch. Any engagement, its scope, its price and its cancellation arrangements are agreed separately and in writing before work starts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• submit enquiries automatically, in bulk, or with details that are not yours to give;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• copy, republish or resell the site's content or materials without our permission.

Intellectual property

The Trade & Connect name, the site's design, text, images and training materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights if you deal with us as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed; the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
